Board Of Directors

Bob Lee, Jr.

CEO

Bob Lee, Jr., the CEO of Lee Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric, began his career as a plumber's apprentice in 1977. He became the president of the company in 1995 and then CEO in 2014.  "Like my dad told me 'you can’t make everyone happy, but you try your best.' Our philosophy is QUALITY, SERVICE and PRIDE."

David Gallo

President

David Gallo, Lee Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric's President, has over 29 years of industry experience. He is a PSI trained manager and he continues to enhance his experience and knowledge through continuing education. “My career with Lee Plumbing began in 1986 when I was hired as a field worker, where by gaining industry knowledge through hands-on experience.”

Frank Ruffolo

Vice President

Frank is a dedicated, highly motivated, company-orientated team player with the desire to excel in the electrical industry with excellent communication skills with a strong work ethic.  Frank has over 18+ years in the local electrical industry, with 9 ½ years’ experience in the project management space, wide-ranging electrical experience in the Health Care and Educational Institution Industries.

 

Brandon Quinn

Secretary/Treasurer

Brandon, Lee Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric's Secretary, has over twelve years of industry experience. He spent eight years as part of the Lee Mechanical team and three years as a senior project manager. “I began my career in the industry as a Steamfitter where I was able to learn many aspects of the piping trade in such venues as: hospitals, schools, power plants, food processing.”

Frank Andreoli

Estimator/Project Manager

Frank, a proud member of Local 118 Plumbers and Steamfitters, has over 25 years experience as an estimator and project manager. He is a Journeyman plumber and has significant OSHA training hours under his belt.

Mike Wagner

Estimator/Project Manager

Mike has been a valued member of the Lee Team for over nine years, where he started out as an apprentice. Mike has training and experience as a Journeyman plumber, a medical-gas installer/brazer and as a cross-connection control tester. He is also a proud member of the Local 118 Plumbers and Steamfitters.

Steve Meier

Estimator/Project Manager

Steve has been part of the Lee Team for four years. He is a member of the Tri-County Contractors, Local 127 and he has over 25 years of experience in the field and 15 years of experience in estimating & project managing.

Warren Tuinstra

HVAC Estimator/Project Manager

Warren has been part of the Lee Team for over 14 years. He is trained and certified in Manual J load calculation, Duct Design and calculating CFM. He loves working for Lee because he enjoys meeting people and developing strong relationships with them.  His favorite pastime is campaign with his family.

Mark Engel

Journeyman Service Plumber

Mark has been part of the Lee Team for over 17 years and he is member of Local 118 Plumbers and Steamfitters. He praises his job because he loves to work for a company that "looks out for both its employees and customers." Mark like to keep busy, outside of work, helping veterans and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.

Jeff Kreye

Master Service Plumber

Jeff has been part of the Lee residential team for over 15 years. He has experience as a licensed Wisconsin Master Plumber, a licensed Illinois plumber, a Wisconsin cross-connection control tester, a Illinois cross-connection control device inspector, a certified medical gas brazer/installer, a certified lead-safe renovator and he is OSHA 30 certified. 

Todd Tanner

Master Service Plumber

Todd has been part of the Lee residential team for over 17 years. He is a proud member of Local 118 Plumbers and Steamfitters and he also works with apprentices at the union's training center. His experience includes work as an inspector and in cross-connection control.

Mike Wamboldt

Journeyman Electrician

Mike is a proud member of Electrical Workers Union 127He has over 19 years experience in the trade, with four of them on the Lee Team. He is a licensed Journeyman electrician with training in CPR, OSHA 10 and OSHA 30. 

Kyle McGovern

Journeyman Electrician

Kyle has been a member of the Lee Team for over six years as an electrician and estimator. He is a member of Electrical Workers Union 127 and has five years of the electrical apprentice program under his belt. He also has training on OSHA 10, OSHA 30 and electrical code update classes. 

Steve Peterson

HVAC Installer

Steve enjoys his job with the Lee Team because, as he says, "everyday is different." He is a member of the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers LOCAL #18 and has training in install and design power hydronics.

John Moran

HVAC Installer

John has been a valued member of the Lee Team for over 11 years.  John has training as a sheet-metal Journeyman and he is has an EPA-technician certification, his CDL and he is heavy-equipment certified. 

Charles Binninger

HVAC Commercial & Residential Service Technician

Charles has been part of the Lee Team for over two years and he is member of the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers LOCAL #18. He praises his job because he loves the people and the challenge. 

Tim Peters

HVAC Commercial & Residential Service Technician

Tim has ten year of experience with the Lee Team and he is a proud member of the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers LOCAL #18. He has five years of education at both Waukesha Country Technical College and Milwaukee Area Technical Collage.  He has a mechanical degree and certifications in ICE, NATE and CPR. 

Douglas Behringer

Commercial Sheet Metal

Douglas has been a member of the Lee Team for over two years but he has over 21 years experience in the industry, including five years indentureship and as a State of Wisconsin Sheet Metal Apprentice. He is also a proud member of the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers LOCAL #18. 

Shane Wilson

Journeyman Service Plumber

Shane, a proud member of Local 118 Plumbers and Steamfitters, has been a member of the Lee Team for three years. His training includes ASSE back flow-cross-connection control certification. According to Shane, he enjoys the relationships he creates with Lee customers and he likes to fix complicated issues with plumbing systems. 

Mike Rosenthal

HVAC Commercial & Residential Service Technician

Mike has been part of the Lee Team for two years and he is also a member of the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers LOCAL #18. He has been working in sheet metal since 1981 and HVAC since 1998.

Julio Villalobos

Journeyman Service Plumber

Julio, a proud member of Local 118 Plumbers and Steamfitters, has been a member of the Lee Team for five years. His training includes forklift safety and operations, first aid and CPR, OSHA 30, crane signaling, rigging, Uponor training and AutoCAD for the trades. He is also trained as a cross-connection control tester and gastite/flash shield installer.

Harry James

HVAC Commercial & Residential Service Technician

Harry loves the versatility of being a HVAC technician and he has been using his HVAC skills at Lee Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for two years. His training includes studies at Milwaukee Area Technical College, OSHA 30 certification and universal refrigeration handling training. He also has his signal/hoist/rigging certification. 

Nicholas Peter

Journeyman Service Plumber

Nicholas has been a valued member of the Lee Team for over two years. He has training as a Navy SeaBee and he is also certified in HVAC. Nicholas enjoys interacting with Lee customers.

Dave Gauthier

Yard Warehouse & Drain Cleaner

Dave has been a valued member of the Lee Team for over 16 years. He truly enjoys meeting new people and working with the rest of the Lee Team. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his granddaughter, camping and watching the Green Bay Packers.

Rick Aney

HVAC Commercial & Residential Service Technician

Rick has been in the HVAC industry for 18+ years. He is a proud member of the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers LOCAL #18. He loves to know "that I put a smile on someone's face after repairing their system."

Daniel J. Chovan

Journeyman Service Plumber

Daniel, a proud member of Local 118 Plumbers and Steamfitters, has over 25 years in commercial and residential service and his training includes four years at Gateway Technical College. Daniel admits that he loves his job because he really enjoys the "satisfaction of meeting his customers' needs." 

Matt Soma

Apprentice Plumber

Matt has been part of the Lee residential team for almost three years. He praises his job because he really appreciates the mechanics of the plumbing industry. 

Ron Brett

HVAC Residential Service Technician

Ron is a proud member of the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers LOCAL #18 and he has been a member of the Lee Team for 16 years. His training includes experience with Advanced ServiceTech-Service Experts and in the Army.  He enjoys teaching/sharing knowledge of HVAC service with his fellow technicians. 

Tim Peters

Service Technician

A Service Technician, Tim has been with Lee Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric for 10 years. His five year apprenticeship gave him hands-on experience and he enjoys the variety of  his day to day work assignments and really enjoys working with all the different people he meets everyday.

John Moran

HVAC/Sheet Metal Worker

John has been an HVAC installer for over 12 years. John is a sheet metal journeyman with certification in refrigeration. He prides himself in being well-versed on a variety of different work and equipment installations.

Scott Pollard

Journeyman Plumber

A journeyman plumber, Scott has vast experience as a pipefitter. One hundred percent of his training has been in commercial and industrial plumbing. He enjoys the diversity of the trade, noting that “You never know what kind of curveball you’ll be thrown.” He says the job requires a good balance of brains and brawn.

Robert Conforti

Plumbing Apprentice

Robert is a plumbing apprentice who has over 20 years experience in the construction field. A self-described “jack of all trades” Robert is looking forward to furthering his education in the plumbing trade. He enjoys interacting with Lee customers and knowing that every day is different.

Kevin Rook

Journeyman

A journeyman member of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 118, Kevin enjoys building great client relationships. He takes pride in providing Lee customers with peace of mind through solutions to their plumbing needs. A US Army veteran, Kevin is an avid fan of football, baseball and hockey teams from Chicago.
