This project scope was the renovation of multiple floors of the Palmer Wing. This included new light fixtures, wiring devices, plumbing, medical gas, distribution, branch wiring, fire alarm system, temporary power and lighting, nurse call system and demolition, all while maintaining occupied patient rooms.

This was an approximately 40 million addition / renovation to the science building. The building was located right next to the lake so there was limited parking and storage areas. We occupied the existing science lab. Using our 3D capabilities along with Timble for the thousands of pipe penetrations (not one missed) and a workforce-second to none, the project was a success for all.
